The ingredients: cocoa, flour, butter, almond kernels and eggs knead into a dough, chill for 2-3 hours. Roll out dough on floured board 1/2cm thick and cut out stars (4-5 cm ø). Bake in oven heated to 175 °C for about 10 min. Finely grind the peeled hazelnuts and mix with the nougat. Assemble 2 stars each with the cream, cover with cooking chocolate and then decorate.

Tip: Feel free to use better chocolate – the more delicious the result will taste!
