Instructions:

First, wash and pit the peaches and cut them into small pieces.

Either in a punch bowl or a glass bowl, mix the sugar with the schnapps, add the peach pieces and pour on cold white wine.

Leave the mixture to stand for at least 3 hours (preferably overnight).

Only shortly before serving, top up with a bottle of ice-cold sparkling wine or Prosecco.
