Instructions:

Place ramen in boiling water and soften according to package directions.

Drain the water, let the ramen get cold and mix the two beaten eggs into the ramen.

Now brush the baking sheet with sunflower oil and lay out a thin layer of ramen.

Sprinkle a thin layer of cheese over it, drizzle the strained tomatoes over it and dust with herbs de Provence.

Now add a little cheese and garnish with a topping of your choice.

Bake in the preheated grill at approx. 300 °C until the bottom is crispy. Alternatively, bake in the oven at 200 °C.
