Marinated Chicken Breasts with Fried Bananas

Instructions:

Boil water with thyme, cloves, garlic, powdered sugar and chives and cool, add orange and juice of one lemon and season the marinade with salt and pepper.

Flatten the chicken breasts a little bit and put them into the marinade for 3-4 hours.

Pat the marinated chicken breasts dry and fry in oil until crispy on both sides.

Remove the skin from the bananas and cut them in half lengthwise, sprinkle with cayenne pepper and roast in butter until golden on both sides.

Arrange chicken breasts with bananas on hot plates and sprinkle with chive rolls.

Boil off the gravy with 4 tablespoons of the marinade and offer with the meat and bananas.

Tip: As an alternative to the fresh chives, you can also use the freeze-dried.
