Rinse and clean asparagus spears. Cook in enough water with a pinch of iodized salt and sugar for five minutes until al dente, then drain.

In the meantime, clean the mushrooms and cut them into fine slices, as well as the daisies. Cut off the asparagus spears. Arrange the mushrooms and radishes on plates with the asparagus spears.

For the dressing, mash the peaches with the juice. Add vinegar, oil, sugar, iodized salt, pepper, curry powder and garlic salt. Pour over the lettuce and let it sit for a while.

Rinse chervil and remove coarse stems. Roast sunflower seeds in a frying pan without fat until golden brown. Sprinkle both over the leaf salad.
