Instructions:

First, wipe the raspberries with a dry tea towel only, if possible, and then mix them with the syrup. Rinse and dry the lemon balm and pluck the leaves.

Boil the tea and strain it. Put the raspberries in a sieve, collect the syrup and then stir it into the tea with the lemon juice.

Fill glasses 2/3 full with ice cubes and raspberries and pour the tea. Decorate the glasses with lemon balm leaves and bring the raspberry iced tea to the table with long-handled spoons.
