For the Pavlova with exotic fruits, line a baking tray with baking paper. Separate the eggs and whisk the egg whites with a pinch of salt.

Gradually fold in the sugar, beating it until it is completely dissolved.

Spread 3/4 of the beaten egg whites on the baking sheet in a round disk about 20 cm in diameter. Spoon the rest of the snow onto the edge of the disk and pull it up a bit to form a kind of nest.

Bake the snow nest in a heated oven at 140 °C for about 75 minutes.

Turn off the oven but do not take out the pavlova, let it cool completely in the oven.

Transfer the pavlova to a cake plate. Spread with the whipped cream and top with the diced fruit.
