Instructions:

For the lasagna from the microwave, first put the diced onion in a glass dish for the mince and steam at 850 watts for 2-3 minutes until soft.

Add the paradeis pulp, mince, paradeis with liquid, pressed garlic clove, kitchen herbs and spices. Cook at 850 watts without lid for 8-9 minutes. In between crumble the mince and mix everything well. Season to taste with salt and freshly ground pepper.

For the cheese sauce, put the margarine in a second glass dish and melt it with the lid on at 850 watts for about 1 minute. Add the flour and milk and mix well. Heat at 850 watts for 3 minutes. Stir properly once or twice in between.

Add Parmesan and Emmental to the liquid and stir well. Season with nutmeg. Grease a heatproof glass or plastic loaf pan. Spread the bottom with a layer of uncooked lasagna noodles. Put half of the mince on top and 1/3 of the cheese sauce on top of that. Then the second layer of noodles, on top the remaining mince and again 1/3 cheese sauce. Then follows the last (third) layer of pasta, covered with the remaining cheese sauce. Mix parmesan and breadcrumbs and sprinkle over the casserole. Spread butter flakes on top.

Cover the casserole (e.g. with microwave foil) and cook at 850 watts for 4 minutes. Remove the cover and finish cooking at 440 watts for 10 minutes. Leave the lasagna out of the microwave for another 5 minutes and then z
