For the anti-aging salad, fillet oranges over a small bowl to collect the juice. Put orange fillets in a salad bowl.

Mix a marinade from the orange juice, yogurt and hemp oil and season with salt and pepper. Cut the radicchio into strips and add to the oranges, slice the radishes and chop the bell bell pepper.
