Try this delicious pasta dish:

Clean fennel bulbs, save greens, cut into slices and sauté in butter. Add grated zest of one untreated orange and juice of oranges and the lemon. Cook for 5 minutes. Remove half of the fennel and set aside. Grind the rest in the liquid. Season with salt, white pepper, sugar and white vermouth. Season diced salmon fillet with salt, simmer in sauce for 7-10 minutes. Fold in fennel and chopped fennel greens.

Goes well with penne or tagliatelle. Per unit also here 290 calories or 1200 joules must be consumed.
