Pasta dishes are just always delicious!

Season duck breast fillets with salt, season with pepper and roast skin side down in a hot frying pan for about seven minutes until crispy, turn to the other side and roast for another seven minutes. Rinse orange hot, pat dry and grate peel, then squeeze orange.

Remove duck breast from roasting pan and keep warm. Deglaze the roast with orange liqueur and orange juice and simmer a little.

Add whipping cream and fine duo and heat while stirring. Season sauce strongly with salt and freshly ground pepper and fold in orange zest. Cut duck breast into slices and arrange on plates with orange sauce. Serve garnished with mint. Serve with fine egg noodles.
