Soak sticky rice in cold water for 5 to 8 hours. Strain later. Bring coconut milk, sugar and salt to a gentle boil until dissolved.

Evenly distribute long-grain rice into a steamer basket or possibly a strainer and steam over bubbling boiling hot water for about 25 to half an hour. Then pour into a large enough bowl and stir in the coconut milk on the spot. Cover and let steep for 10 to 15 min. Peel the mango, cut off the pulp. Form long grain rice into small balls, sprinkle with sesame seeds and serve with mango.
