Instructions:

For the chocolate cake, cream the butter and gradually add the sugar, vanilla sugar and yolks.

Mix in the sifted flour mixed with baking powder and cocoa, the nuts and the chocolate and finally fold in the beaten snow.

Pour the mixture into a greased springform pan and bake for 50-60 minutes.

For the chocolate cream, cook a firm pudding from milk, sugar and pudding powder and let it cool down.

Cream the butter, add softened chocolate and the pudding by the spoonful.

Now cut the cake twice, spread with cream and glaze with chocolate icing.
