For the Spinach Feta Penne, cook the penne for 4 people. In the meantime, chop onion and sauté in olive oil.

Quarter tomatoes and add to onions. Defrost the spinach and squeeze it. Then chop it a bit, otherwise it will be so hard to mix in.

Add spinach to onions and tomatoes, mix well add salt and pepper. When everything is well mixed and hot, mix in the diced feta.

Add the pasta and serve the spinach-feta penne.
