Instructions:

For the penguin cupcakes, place the ingredients for the batter in a bowl and mix with a mixer. Line a muffin tin with muffin paper cups, alternatively grease the tin and fill each half with the batter.

Bake the muffins at 180 degrees Celsius convection oven or 200 degrees Celsius upper-lower heat for 20 – 25 minutes. Then let the muffins cool down. Put the white and brown chocolate coating in a bowl and melt over a water bath.

Brush the bottom 2/3 of the muffins with the white chocolate coating. While doing this, use a spoon or wooden chopstick to paint a heart shape on the bottom 2/3 of the cupcakes.

In the upper semicircles of the heart now put two chocolate cork drops as eyes. Using a knife, poke a small slit in the muffin and place a chocolate lentil inside as a beak.

Coat the top third with the dark chocolate coating, and the penguin cucpakes are ready.
