For the butter crumble cake, mix all ingredients into a yeast dough. Let the dough rise until doubled in volume. Roll out the dough on a baking tray. Pre-bake at 180 °C top/bottom heat for approx. 10 minutes.
For the crumble, knead all ingredients into crumbles with your hands and spread on the pre-baked base. Bake for approx. 45 minutes.
For the icing, drizzle the finished, warm cake with liquid whipped cream. Allow the butter crumble cake to cool.
