Instructions:

Preheat oven to 200 °C.

Rinse spinach, remove coarse stems. Then grate by hand with sumac and salt, followed by squeezing out the liquid. Chop the spinach and onion and mix with the pomegranate seeds.

Roll out the yeast dough and cut out circles with 7 cm ø. Pull circles into triangles, shape spinach in the center, pull the three corners over the filling and press together at the corners.

Bake for about 12 min.
