For the pumpkin seed bread stir some flour (note: not the whole amount), the yeast and one eighth (!) of the amount of milk together with the honey and thus prepare a steam. Allow to rise for 30 minutes with the lid closed.

Mix with salt, the remaining milk, flour, crushed butter, corn flakes, spices and oil. Knead everything well together and let rise, covered, in a warm place for 60 minutes.

Knead in the pumpkin seeds. Form dough and let rise on a greased baking sheet with the lid closed for 30 minutes. Then bake the pumpkin seed bread in the oven at 200 °C for 50 minutes on the lower rack.
