For the chicken breast in olive paradeis sauce, heat the oil in a pan. Dice the onion and fry it. Empty the tomatoes from the bottle into a bowl and mash a little with a fork.

Take the onions out of the pan and add them to the tomatoes, in the pan fry the skinned, salted and peppered chicken breasts.

Then pour the tomato sauce over them and cover the pan, turn small and simmer for about 15 minutes. Chop the basil, mix it with the sauce and add the olives cut into rings.
