Instructions:

Pasta dishes are just always delicious!

Cut onions into cubes, clean carrots, cut into thin slices. Steam everything in 30 g clarified butter with thyme for 5 minutes until soft. Add buckwheat grains and roast. Add vegetable soup. Season with garlic pressed through, salt and pepper, rinse for 10 min. with lid closed. Mix eggs and whipped cream, stir into the mixture.

Grease juice pan with 10 g. Grease, sprinkle with 2 tbsp. grits. Pour in the mixture and smooth it down. Bake for 10 minutes at 200 °C (gas 3). Roast halved mushrooms with 2 tbsp. groats in butter, season with salt and pepper. Spread the mushrooms evenly over the mixture and bake for another 20 minutes. Serve with yogurt mixed with chives.
