For approx. 2 glasses, á 270 ml:











Instructions:

For the fig-pear jam, first boil fruit with wine and lemon juice until soft, about 10 minutes, blend if necessary.

Mix with remaining ingredients and boil again for 4-5 minutes until bubbly.

Make a jelly test.

Stir in schnapps or rum.

Pour the fig-pear jam into prepared glasses, drizzle a few drops of alcohol over them using a pipette, light and seal immediately.
