Earth Apple Gratin with Spinach and Feta

Instructions:

Defrost the spinach, remove the peel from the potatoes and slice into thin slices.

Remove the peel from the garlic, chop, sauté briefly in butter, add spinach, steam with the lid closed, season. Remove the peel from the onions, halve them and cut them into thin slices, grate the feta on a rösti grater.

Half of the potatoes in the baking dish form, season, then put a third of the onions, a quarter of spinach and a quarter of feta on top, repeat. End with potatoes and onions. Finally, mix half cream and milk, pour over gratin and sprinkle with grated cheese. Put the gratin in the cold oven (in the middle of the oven) and bake for about an hour at 200 °C. If the surface gets too dark, cover it with aluminum foil.

Serve with: mixed leaf salad
