Instructions:

For the shoarma pizza, mix the meat with the herbs. Then fry the meat very briefly on all sides in very little oil, but it must not be cooked yet. Put the meat aside.

Clean the vegetables, dice very finely, blanch briefly and rinse in ice water. Drain well. Place the flour on the work surface, make a dent in the center, add the remaining ingredients and quickly knead into a smooth dough.

Cover the dough with a damp tea towel and let it rise for about 2 hours. In the meantime, peel and chop the garlic clove. Place in a saucepan with the diced tomatoes, oregano and salt and mix at a moderate temperature to make a sauce.

Preheat oven to 220 degrees and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Roll out the pizza dough to the size of the baking sheet and place on the baking paper. Spread with tomato sauce and spread the vegetables on top.

Then place the meat on top, sprinkle with pizza cheese and place in the preheated oven for 15 minutes. Then spread the garlic sauce on the shoarma pizza and put it in the oven for another 10 minutes.
