For the Thai chicken skewers, first wash and finely chop the coriander. Peel and finely chop the ginger. Peel and finely chop the garlic.Mix all the ingredients for the marinade. Measure out 120 ml of it and set aside.

Cut the chicken into cubes and marinate in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.

Lift the meat out of the marinade, drain and place on watered wooden skewers. Grill on the grill or in the oven with the grill function for 5-10 minutes, turning in between.

Drizzle the Thai chicken skewers with the marinade set aside and serve the rest as a sauce.
