Instructions:

For the grape sauce, boil water and wine in a pot. Melt butter, add flour and deglaze with diluted wine.

Let simmer for 15 minutes. Crush grapes and add to wine-butter mixture together with cloves, juniper berries, grated peel and juice of lemon, sugar and cinnamon.

Continue cooking for some time and serve the grape sauce best with meat.
