Instructions:

Peel the potato and grate finely. Peel the onion and dice very finely.

Mix the potato, onion, eggs and whipped cream well. Stir in the flour, season with salt and pepper and let rest for 1/2 hour.

Bake in a greased waffle iron and serve with a dip.
