For the tiramisu with Cremefine without egg, whip Rama Cremefine well to whip, gradually add the sugar, vanilla sugar, a little lemon zest and a few drops of lemon juice. At the end, stir the mascarpone into the cream by the spoonful. Mix the rum and coffee, soak the biscuits briefly in it one by one and immediately line the bottom of a suitable mold with it.

Spread the cream on the biscuits, then place another layer of biscuits on top, alternating until all the biscuits are used up. The final layer must be cream.

Just before serving, sprinkle thickly with cocoa.
