For the chicken liver toast, first cut up the chicken livers a bit. Also cut the peaches into pieces of about the same size and the small piece of ginger into very thin slices.

Now heat the butter in a pan and fry the liver, peaches and ginger in it for a short time, turning it over constantly.

Cover the slices of toast with the mixture. Drizzle the drippings over the top and garnish with the lemon wedges.
