A cake recipe for all foodies:

(*) 28 cm ø baking pan Roll out the cake dough and spread it on a baking pan. Prick the bottom regularly with a fork. Refrigerate.
Remove the skin from the onion and chop it. Spread evenly on the dough base.
Mix the flour and about 1/6 of the milk to a dough, then add the rest of the milk, the yogurt and the eggs. Finally, add the cheese and season the mixture with salt, pepper and a little nutmeg. Spread evenly on the pastry base.
Bake the curd cheese cake in a well heated oven on the second rack from the bottom at 220 °C for 30 minutes.
(**) The special cheese mixture, which is available at wholesalers, is very suitable. You can also finely grate leftover cheese – however, Emmentaler is not so good for this, you should mix it half with Gruyère.
