Instructions:

For the winter salad, boil the potato with the skin until firm to the bite, then peel and cut into slices or coarser cubes while still warm.

Carefully wash endive leaves, drain well and cut into 1cm wide strips. Wash the cucumber, halve it and cut it with the peel into slices about 3 mm thick.

Quarter the apple, peel, remove the core and cut into cubes. Finely dice the onion.

For the marinade, season sour cream and yogurt with apple cider vinegar, sugar, mustard, salt and pepper. Peel a clove of garlic, chop finely, add and mix.

Now put all the ingredients in a bowl, pour the marinade over them and mix everything together well. Serve the winter salad.
