A delicious mushroom dish for any occasion!
Pre-cook onion, garlic and oil in a large baking bowl with lid closed at 600 watts for 4 min. Season well, mix in carrots and cook for 2 min. with lid closed. Stir in mushrooms precisely. Cook open at 600 watts for 6 minutes, stirring in between. Stir in raisins. Season to taste, heat for another 2 min. Serve sprinkled with chives and pine nuts.
