Colorful Children Cake

For the colorful children’s cake, separate the eggs and beat the egg whites until stiff. Beat the yolks, sugar and soft butter until creamy.

Add flour, milk, baking powder, separately, fold in the snow. Stir some of each food coloring into the batter to taste and mix everything well.

Carefully mix in the Smarties and pour the batter into a greased and floured springform pan. Bake at 180 °C top/bottom heat for approx. 1 hour. Remove the colorful children’s cake and allow to cool.
