A bean recipe for every taste:

Rinse the beans and cut them into thirds, cut the carrots into narrow strips about the same length, cut the cauliflower into roses, and cut the garlic and onions into narrow strips.

Soften the beans, carrots and cauliflower one by one in a mixture of vinegar, salt and turmeric.

Then mix everything together in a large saucepan.

Brown the garlic in oil and mix with the vegetables. Next, brown the onions and add them to the large saucepan.

Roast the sesame seeds in the same oil until golden brown. Add to the large saucepan along with all the oil and season everything together with salt and juice of one lemon.

The dish can be eaten cooled.
