For the chicken avocado toast, first remove the skin and pit of the avocado and cut the flesh into thin slices. Drizzle a little lime juice over it and season with salt and pepper.

Rub the chicken with salt and pepper. Heat some oil in a pan and fry the chicken pieces in it. When they are cooked through, cut them into slices as well.

On each slice of toast, place avocado slices first, then chicken and finally a slice of cheese.

Bake the chicken-avocado toast in the oven with the grill function at 200 °C for about 3-5 minutes until the cheese has melted. If you like it spicier, you can sprinkle the toasts with chili flakes before serving.
