Instructions:

Boil fruit with sugar, orange zest and juice, cinnamon stick and wine and continue to boil until cranberries have burst open.

Strain fruit through a sieve.

Soak gelatin according to instructions, stir into hot mixture with liqueur and set aside to cool.

Whip egg whites until stiff, whip cream until stiff. As soon as the mixture thickens, stir in the snow and whipped cream. Fill the cream into glasses and set aside to cool.

Our tip: Use high-quality red wine for an especially fine taste!
