Instructions:

Pour the kefir into a large enough bowl. Rinse and clean the zucchini, then grate it directly into the kefir.

Stir everything well and season with salt, pepper and the peeled, squeezed garlic clove.

Fold in 1El olive oil and drizzle the remaining oil on top.

Tip: The dip goes well with raw vegetables and should be served on the spot after preparation.

Our tip: Zucchini are tender in taste and therefore also good for children.
