A great pasta dish for any occasion:

Macaroni whole. Simmer in salted water for ten minutes. Pour into a colander. Rinse with cold water. Drain well.

Soak bread rolls in water. Squeeze well. Add to mince form. Add eggs, peeled and chopped onions and washed and chopped parsley. Sprinkle nutmeg, salt, bell pepper and paprika. Mix meat mixture and season to taste.

Grease a smooth, ovenproof baking dish. Spiralize the bottom with macaroni. Immediately add meat dough to keep noodles from shifting. give close with a lid. Place in the water bath. There should only be enough water in it so that the baking dish is up to half the height. Cook at low temperature for 50 to 60 minutes. Remove the pasta from the water bath. Cool slightly. Turn out onto a preheated plate.

While the beehive is cooking, for the sauce, seed the peppers, rinse and cut into small square pieces. Peel and dice the tomatoes. Do both with the pinch of sugar for 15 minutes. Add salt if necessary and season with pepper and paprika. Mix cornstarch in cold water. Use to thicken vegetable sauce.
