For the baked pumpkin with cream cheese filling preheat oven to 180°C convection oven.

Wash pumpkin and bake whole for about 45 minutes. Pierce with a shish kebab to test if it is already soft.

Mix cream cheese, finely chopped parsley with garlic and salt to a tangy cream.

Remove the cooked pumpkin from the oven, cut in half and remove the seeds.

Place the pumpkin halves with the cut surface facing upwards on two plates, fill with the cream cheese cream and serve hot.
