For the apple tiramisu, dip the biscuits in apple juice and line the bottom of a mold with them. Cover with a layer of applesauce. Whip the cream with sugar until stiff and spread a layer over the applesauce.
Repeat until the mold is full. The last layer should be whipped cream. Sprinkle the tiramisu with a little cinnamon and place in the refrigerator for at least 3 hours. Serve the apple tiramisu cold.
