For the chicken vegetable pan with coucous, empty the cous into a soup plate. Boil water and empty over the couscous until it is covered. Let swell.

In the meantime, cut chicken breast fillets into strips,salt and pepper. Cut onion into rings, zucchini into cubes and mushrooms into leaves.

Heat some oil in a pan and brown the chicken breast strips. Add the vegetables, salt and sauté for about 10 minutes over medium heat.

Then stir in the couscous and let it stand for a short time. Season again to taste.
