Instructions:

For the meat strudel, fry the onion in oil, briefly fry the mince and remove from the heat. Season with parsley, garlic, salt and pepper. Mix in egg, breadcrumbs and cream.

Place one strudel sheet on top, brush with melted butter and place the second strudel sheet on top. Spread with filling, fold in edge and roll up tightly. Bake at 200 °C for approx. 30 min.

Allow to cool and cut into approx. 2 cm pieces. Serve separately with soup.
