Grease a baking dish with butter. Season fish fillets with salt, season with pepper and place in the dish. Slice mushrooms and chop shallots. Spread evenly over the fish fillets. Sprinkle with parsley and mixed herbs. Pour the wine over it. Place in oven heated to 200 °C for five minutes. Then sprinkle with breadcrumbs, evenly distribute butter flakes over it and repeatedly put in the oven for ten to fifteen min.
