A simple but delicious cake recipe:

Finely grind the speculoos, liquefy the butter, mix with the cookies and pour into a cake springform pan, pressing firmly to smooth the bottom and about 1 cm up the sides. Roll out the marzipan round and place on top of the cookie mixture. Refrigerate for 1 hour. Cook the cream of paradise with the whipped cream and milk and spread on the marzipan. Leave to cool for 3 hours. Then peel and fillet the oranges, cut into small pieces and spread evenly on the vanilla mousse. Sprinkle with brittle just before serving.
