Instructions:

For the woodruff tiramisu with kiwi ragout, remove the stems of the woodruff. Chop the woodruff, put it in a bowl with the honey and mix to a puree.

Mix the woodruff puree with mascarpone and curd cheese, season with the juice of one lemon.

Line a small baking dish with sponge cake base and drizzle in woodruff liqueur and espresso. Spread half of the woodruff mascarpone mixture on the sponge cake base. Place a sponge cake base on top, drizzle with woodruff liqueur and espresso and spread the remaining woodruff mascarpone mixture on top. Finish with a sponge cake base.

Peel the kiwis and blend them with powdered sugar to make a puree. Spread the kiwi ragout on the top sponge cake layer and garnish the woodruff tiramisu with kiwi ragout with woodruff leaves and dandelion flowers.
