Instructions:

(*) for an ovenproof dish of about 2 1/2 liters, greased, enough for 4 people Cut bread into cubes of about 2 cm. Mix eggs up to and with vanilla sugar, mix with bread.

Mix in apples and half of the hazelnuts, pour into the prepared dish. Sprinkle the remaining hazelnuts on top.

Bake: in the lower half of the oven heated to 180 °C for about 35 minutes. Serve lukewarm.

It goes well with: Coffee with milk, black tea.

Tip: use other seasonal fruits instead of apples.

Tip: use a normal or light yogurt yes as needed!
