Instructions:

For the semolina pancake, boil milk, butter, sugar, salt, vanilla sugar and lemon zest. Stir in the semolina, add the raisins and cook until soft. Pour into a pan or dish well greased with butter and bake in the preheated oven at approx. 200 °C for approx. 30 minutes until golden brown, turning repeatedly or breaking up with two forks.

Serve the semolina pancake sprinkled with powdered sugar.
