For the pasta salad, cook the pasta in plenty of salted water until al dente, drain and let cool. Clean the leeks and cut them into thin rings. Sauté them in olive oil and let them steam a little.

Drain the beetle beans, rinse with clear water and continue steaming with the leeks. Wash the tomatoes and cut them into wedges. Cut the cucumber and feta cheese into pieces, also wash the iceberg lettuce and cut into bite-sized pieces.

Add the cooled pasta to the pan (turn off the heat), mix well with the leeks and beetle beans, pour salad oil (amount as desired).

Now mix the whole with the remaining ingredients, add salt and pepper and bring to the table while still lukewarm.
