For the tuna zucchini raclette, first peel and finely dice the shallots and garlic. Wash the zucchini, cut off the ends. Slice lengthwise. Blanch in salted water.

Drain the tuna and pick apart. Mix in crème fraîche and shallots. Season with soy sauce, wasabi and pepper.

Spread the tuna cream on the zucchini slices, roll them up and layer as many rolls in a raclette pan so that they are close together.

Place the raclette cheese on top and bake the tuna-zucchini raclette.
