Instructions:

Put candy in a large bottle with a wide neck. Finely dice the flesh of the pineapple. Separate the ginger from the peel, cut in half lengthwise, chop into narrow slices. Pour all ingredients (lemon skin, pineapple, ginger and mint sprig) into bottle, fill up with the grain. Close the bottle. Let stand for 3 weeks, stirring from time to time. Then pour off through a muslin cloth and draw on bottles.

Tip: Lemons add a fresh touch to dishes. Choose deliberately ripe, rich yellow lemons!
