For the ice crystals, mix well marzipan with lemon juice and zest. Mix flour with powdered sugar, add to the marzipan mixture with butter and mix with dough hook until smooth.

Chill the dough for about 30 minutes. Then roll out dough and cut out ice crystals. Bake at 160 °C for approx. 10 to 12 minutes.

For the icing, mix approx. 100 g powdered sugar with 2 – 3 tablespoons lemon juice and spread on cookies. Then sprinkle with cake glitter.
